My teaching experience includes 5 years of teaching in the state schools, private schools and as a freelance teacher. My method focuses on providing my students with all the aspects of musical knowledge they may need: advanced technique training, theory, interpretation philosophy and performance psychology with a particular emphasis on bringing my stage and practical experience to the teaching environment.
However, what makes my teaching style truly unique is the variety of styles and genres covered. My BMus course at the Academy of Music included advanced improvisation training with one of the best Polish improvisers – Marcin Wyrostek, Jakub Mietła, which made me interested in how improvisation affects classical accordion performance and strongly affected my current career path and artistic choices. Currently, apart from traditional classical performance, I am working on various projects combining the classical and jazz approach with accordion improvisation.
